CONSIGNMENT DETAILS
You set the amount you’re willing to accept — we guarantee you’ll receive the agreed upon amount once your unit sells.
We add our own markup on top of your minimum to determine the final sale price. This means there are no percentage-based fees or commissions taken from your payout.
You don’t pay anything else — and you get paid the full agreed amount once the vehicle sells.
INSPECTION & DETAILING FEES
A combined fee of $250 is charged to cover the required inspection and professional detailing of your ride. This fee is due upfront when you consign your vehicle, ATV, or motorbike.
- $100 Inspection Fee: Covers the full condition evaluation and sale preparation.
- $150 Detailing Fee: Ensures your unit looks its best for photos and prospective buyers.
All rides in our inventory must be inspected and professionally detailed before listing. If you decide to end the consignment agreement before your unit sells, this fee is non-refundable.
SERVICE & REPAIR
In the event that the inspection denotes that additional service work is necessary, we will reach out to you to have it approved.
Any costs for the service work would be covered and collected upon sale of your ride or in the event that you end your consignment agreement.
All units sold from our inventory must be inspected, have clean fluids and greater than 60% tread on tires. If service is required the unit owner will be contacted for approval before any work is performed and may opt out of the agreement at that point.
CONSIGNMENT PICKUP
We’re proud to offer free pickup on accepted consignments in Edmonton.
Outside of Edmonton? No problem. We can provide you with a quote for pickup. This charge will be collected through the sale or if you decide to end consignment with us. There is never any up-front cost for pickup; opt out of the agreement at that point.
